Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey or chicken breast fillets, pat dry, cut into fine strips and place in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, coriander, salt and sambal oelek and mix everything well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Then place in a hot, coated pan and fry over a relatively high heat until the liquid has evaporated or absorbed. Then continue frying for a few more minutes until light brown areas are visible, i.e. the meat is slightly crispy. Remove from heat, stir in the pepper and paprika powder, and add to your salad.
