First you need a stand mixer or hand blender. Then put the following ingredients in a bowl or a blender. Half a red pepper, with 2 - 3 tablespoons of cream quark, then approx. 120 g of feta cheese. Next, 2 - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and the chili powder, and finally the juice of half a lemon (or lime).
Mix the ingredients well until you get a creamy red paste. Now transfer the whole thing into a beaker and put it in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
For consumption, refine the cream with the herbs and serve with baguette slices. It has a touch of freshness, with a little spiciness in it, very tasty. Makes about 200-250 g.
I also tried the whole thing with fruits such as B. with a papaya (about half of the pulp) or with physalis (approx. 10 pieces to the specified amounts), you can then mix it well, which also leads to a delicious result.
You can also use other fruits, but they must not contain too much water (like melon). Just try it out yourself.
