Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the herb cream cheese. Remove the peel from the onion, chop it and add it to the bowl. Add breadcrumbs, mustard and maggi. Mix the whole thing well. If the mixture is still too moist, add some breadcrumbs. Carefully season with salt, pepper and paprika, as the mixture is already seasoned by the Maggi and cream cheese.
Now shape 6-8 meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan, add the meatballs and fry them brown on both sides.
