• 4 packs vanilla sugar
• 80 coffee beans
• 500 g rock candy

Instructions

1. Combine both bottles of red wine, the rum, 4 packs of vanilla sugar, 80 coffee beans, and 500 g rock candy in a large glass jar.
2. Seal the jar tightly.
3. Let the mixture steep for 10 days, stirring it once daily.
4. Strain the liqueur through cheesecloth or a fine sieve into a clean bottle.
