Instructions
Melt 50 g butter in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add 100 ml milk to the melted butter and stir to combine. Add 100 g marshmallows to the pan, tearing any large pieces in half to help them melt faster. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature for about 5 minutes. Crush 90 g cornflakes using a blender or pestle until finely ground. Stir the crushed cornflakes into the cooled mixture until evenly combined. Add 1-2 tbsp confectionery dressing (sprinkles) and stir until combined. Line a baking pan or mold with cling film. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula or knife. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until set and firm. Cut into oblong bars and serve.
