Instructions

  1. Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water until they are soaked. Heat up the grill.
  2. Halve each apricot and remove the stone. Put the first half of the fruit on a skewer so that the open side faces the tip. Put on a marshmallow and finish with the second half of the fruit so that both halves of the apricot envelop the marshmallow. Carefully but firmly push both halves closed, but they don`t have to touch.
  3. Grill the loaded skewers, turning them several times, directly and at a high temperature for about 3 minutes. Ideally, the marshmallow is slightly crispy on the outside, melts on the inside and the fruit shows scorch marks from the rust.
