Mix flour, yeast, sugar, melted butter or margarine, lukewarm milk, egg, and lemon juice with a dough hook until combined into a yeast dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough and cut out or shape into geese.
In a small bowl, mix egg yolk with some condensed milk.
Brush each goose with the egg yolk and condensed milk mixture. Press a raisin into the dough as an eye. Sprinkle the remaining body with granulated sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 17 minutes.
