Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 60 g suar
  • 60 g butter or mararine, melted
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • some raisins
  • some sugar (granulated sugar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients with the dough hook to a yeast dough and cover and let rise in a warm place for at least 45 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out or cut out the geese.
  2. Brush with egg yolk and condensed milk mixture. Press in the raisin as an eye and sprinkle the rest of the body with crystal sugar.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 17 minutes.
  4. They taste best fresh.
