  • 100 g suar

  • 150 g quark
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • Raisins for the eyes
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. Knead all the ingredients for the dough and roll out on a floured worktop. Cut out geese with a cookie mold and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Brush the geese with egg yolk and press a raisin into each eye. Bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 12 minutes.
