Ingredients
- 400 g quark, (low-fat quark)
- 200 g suar, 2 packs, vanilla suar
- 16 tablespoon oil
- 12 tablespoon milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 800 g flour
- 2 packs baking powder
- 4 teaspoons, leveled cornstarch
- Raisins

- Gradually mix the quark, sugar, V-sugar, salt, eggs, oil and milk together. Mix the flour with baking powder and knead with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough approx. 1 cm thick and cut out the geese.
- Put raisin eyes if you like, place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 ° C, fan oven 180 ° C) for about 15-20 minutes.
- Makes about 30 pieces
