Ingredients

  • 200 g suar, 2 packs, vanilla suar
  • 16 tablespoon oil
  • 12 tablespoon milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 800 g flour
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons, leveled cornstarch
  • Raisins

Instructions

  1. Gradually mix the quark, sugar, V-sugar, salt, eggs, oil and milk together. Mix the flour with baking powder and knead with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough approx. 1 cm thick and cut out the geese.
  2. Put raisin eyes if you like, place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 ° C, fan oven 180 ° C) for about 15-20 minutes.
