Bring the juice to the boil. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 3 tablespoons of water and bind the juice with it. Fold in the cherries, let everything cool down.
Dice the marzipan and mix with the quark until creamy. Fold in the vanilla sugar and chocolate flakes.
Layer the quark and cherries alternately in glasses.
Tip: If there are no children with you, you can also add kirsch to the cherries to taste.
