• 2 tablespoon liqueur (coffee liqueur)
• 8 coffee beans

Instructions

1. Put the fresh mascarpone in a bowl, add the powdered sugar, and mix until combined
2. Pour in the cold strong coffee and coffee liqueur
3. Mix well until fully combined
4. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 glasses or bowls
5. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes
6. Top each serving with 2 coffee beans
7. Serve immediately
