Instructions

1. Puree the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and a little strawberry puree until smooth. Layer in a bowl, ideally in a rectangular shape, first ladyfingers, then strawberry puree, mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, etc. Finally, garnish with the strawberries. Chill for 2-3 hours.
