Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries.
  2. Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and roughly half the strawberry puree until smooth.
  3. In a rectangular bowl, layer ladyfingers, remaining strawberry puree, and mascarpone cream. Repeat with another layer of each.
  4. Top with strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until chilled through.
