- Roughly crumble the biscuits, pour coffee and Baileys over them and let them steep for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the whipped cream firmly.
- Mix the mascarpone with the curd cheese and icing sugar well - then stir in the whipped cream.
- Layer the cream and biscuits alternately in glasses - sprinkle on top of a few chocolate flakes.
