Ingredients

  • 200 g biscuit (s) (chocolate, amarettini, nut )
  • 60 ml coffee, stronger
  • 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 200 ml whipped cream, (cream)
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g low-fat quark, (low-fat curd cheese)
  • Powdered sugar, to taste
  • Chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Roughly crumble the biscuits, pour coffee and Baileys over them and let them steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the whipped cream firmly.
  3. Mix the mascarpone with the curd cheese and icing sugar well - then stir in the whipped cream.
  4. Layer the cream and biscuits alternately in glasses - sprinkle on top of a few chocolate flakes.
