Instructions

  1. Place the 1 kg frozen forest fruits in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, sour cream, and mascarpone together until well combined.
  3. Add the cream stabilizer and sugar to taste, and mix until combined.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the frozen fruits.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the fruits to thaw slowly and the juices to soak through the cream.
