• 200 g yourt (whole milk yourt)
• 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 200 g mascarpone
• 2 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
• 50 grams sugar
• 1 vanilla sugar
• 1 pinch gingerbread spice
• 16 cinnamon stars
• Orange (n) - zests

Instructions

1. Mix yoghurt with quark, mascarpone, O`s juice, liqueur, sugar, vanilla sugar and gingerbread spice. Crumble 12 cinnamon stars and fill into 4 bowls or glasses. Spread the cream over the crumbs and decorate with the remaining cinnamon stars and orange zest.
2. Serve well chilled.
