Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, quark, mascarpone, orange juice, orange liqueur, sugar, vanilla sugar, and gingerbread spice.
2. Crumble 12 cinnamon stars into small pieces.
3. Distribute the crumbled cinnamon stars among 4 serving bowls or glasses.
4. Divide the cream mixture among the bowls, spooning it evenly over the crumbled cinnamon stars.
5. Top each bowl with one of the remaining cinnamon stars and garnish with orange zest.
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
7. Serve cold.
