Ingredients
- 200 g yourt (whole milk yourt)
- 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch gingerbread spice
- 16 cinnamon stars
- Orange (n) - zests

- Mix yoghurt with quark, mascarpone, O`s juice, liqueur, sugar, vanilla sugar and gingerbread spice. Crumble 12 cinnamon stars and fill into 4 bowls or glasses. Spread the cream over the crumbs and decorate with the remaining cinnamon stars and orange zest.
- Serve well chilled.
