Ingredients
- 40 g hazelnuts, round
- 200 g flour (e.. spelled flour)
- 150 g powdered suar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 150 g mararine (e.. soy lola)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoons water

- Briefly toast the hazelnuts in a coated pan, then let cool down a little. Knead together with 50 g powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, flour, salt and margarine to form a smooth dough. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out stars. On a lined with baking paper
