Instructions

  1. Mix the cream yoghurt, mascarpone, sugar, orange liqueur and vanilla pulp until smooth. Peel the mango, puree one and pass through a sieve, dice the other mango and marinate with cane sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Pour into glasses in layers: mango puree, mascarpone, mango pieces, mascarpone. Garnish with mint.
