Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped mango pulp in a bowl with lemon juice and half a teaspoon of sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix the yogurt, mascarpone, sugar, amaretto and the scraped pulp of the vanilla pod to a cream.
  3. In glasses, first layer the pulp, then the cream and finally the pulp again.
  4. Now you can garnish and serve.
