Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
  2. Drain, add the butter and mash the potatoes. Mix in the corn flour, baking powder and egg with your hands. Then add the buttermilk and herbs and season with salt.
  3. Shape the potato dough into small thalers and fry them on both sides in butter until golden brown.
  4. A dip with sour cream tastes good with it.
