- 2 tablespoon butter
- 100 g corn flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon buttermilk
- salt
- Butter for frying

- Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
- Drain, add the butter and mash the potatoes. Mix in the corn flour, baking powder and egg with your hands. Then add the buttermilk and herbs and season with salt.
- Shape the potato dough into small thalers and fry them on both sides in butter until golden brown.
- A dip with sour cream tastes good with it.
