- 400 g sweet potato (s), cooked
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 2 spring onions, cleaned
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon flour
- 200 g peas

- Process the boiled sweet potatoes, chickpeas, garlic, spring onions, cumin, ginger, salt and lemon juice in a blender to a smooth mass. Mix in the flour and peas. Shape 8 patties and fry on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little oil.
