Ingredients
- 150 g rains
- 170 ml water
- Melt 30 g butter or margarine
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper, black
- 2 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 apple, finely chopped
- Oil, for frying
- 3 small onion (s)
- 5 carrot (s)
- 1 small ginger bulb
- 40 g fat
- 150 ml broth
- 3 teaspoons honey

- Grind the grains medium-fine and mix with water and butter. Add the spices, onions and apple, leave to soak for 15 minutes, fry in a little oil until brown.
- Dice the onions and sauté in fat. Peel and slice the carrots and add to the onions. Add the ginger in slices. Add the stock and let it simmer for 7 minutes. Add honey to taste.
