Instructions

  1. Peel the potato as usual, cut into slices and cook in salted water until cooked. Mix with milk, cream and the spices and mash finely (not with a mixer, otherwise it will be rubbery!). Then fold in the finely pureed basil.
  2. Tastes very good with grilled or baked fish fillet.
