Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Pour off the water and let it evaporate for about 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes, pour Cremefine over them and mix everything well. Add the crème fraîche and fold in until everything has become a uniform, fine paste. Mix in the fried onions.
