Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 ° C fan oven
  2. In a bowl, heat the butter in the microwave until it has melted. Then add both types of sugar, egg and salt and stir with a hand mixer. I recommend using dough hooks, as the mass becomes quite viscous.
  3. Then add flour, matcha powder and baking soda and stir. Then you add the white chocolate or whatever you want in your cookies. For this I use white couverture in block form and cut off pieces as desired. You can of course prepare them without additives.
  4. Now place little heaps with a tablespoon in portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure you leave enough space in between, as the cookies expand. Then you take a tablespoon moistened with water and lightly flatten the dough. But they should be at least a thumb`s width high. Then bake for about 10 minutes. At the latest when the biscuits are slightly brown, you should take them out.
