Wash the herring fillets, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel the onion, cut in half, cut into strips and squeeze a little more; Peel, quarter and slice the apples. Cut the pickles into fine slices.
For the marinade, stir together yoghurt, plant cream, cucumber water, vinegar and sweetener and mix carefully with the prepared ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
