Ingredients
- 150 g fish (herrin fillet)
- 2 apples
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 small pickles, finely sliced
- 5 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 100 g yourt, low-fat
- 75 g cream - substitute (you can `cook with finesse` / 7% fat)
- salt and pepper

- Wash the herring fillets, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel the onion, cut in half, cut into strips and squeeze a little more; Peel, quarter and slice the apples. Cut the pickles into fine slices.
- For the marinade, stir together yoghurt, plant cream, cucumber water, vinegar and sweetener and mix carefully with the prepared ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
