Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg fish (Tönninger Matjes)
- 3 cups cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 5 pickled cucumber (s), finely diced
- 2 apples, firm, diced into small pieces
- 5 hard-boiled egg (s), finely diced
- 3 onion (s), finely diced
- 3 teaspoons horseradish from the jar
- 1 tablespoon jam (black currant or blackberry jelly)

- Use all ingredients fresh. Cut the herring into small pieces, add all the cream and sour cream. Mix well and then add the remaining ingredients and stir gently.
- Prepare the salad at least a day before consumption so that everything can flow well. Jacket potatoes go well with it. And if the crowd seems to be too much for you, wait and see even little eaters take advantage of it!
