Instructions

  1. Wash the herring fillets and pat dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash the radishes and trim the greens and root fibers. Finely dice the radishes and pickled cucumbers. Chop the chives.
  3. In a bowl, combine the herring pieces, diced radishes, pickled cucumbers, and chives with the sour cream.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the herring mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with jacket potatoes or bread.
