Instructions
- Wash the herring fillets and pat dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the radishes and trim the greens and root fibers. Finely dice the radishes and pickled cucumbers. Chop the chives.
- In a bowl, combine the herring pieces, diced radishes, pickled cucumbers, and chives with the sour cream.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the herring mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with jacket potatoes or bread.
