Instructions

  1. Wash the herring fillets and pat dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash the radishes as well and remove the greens, greens and root fibers. Finely dice the radishes and cucumber, chop the chives.
  3. Now mix the herring, the vegetables and the chives in a bowl with the sour cream.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff and fold under. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Jacket potatoes go well with it, but you could of course also just use bread.
