- Wash the herring fillets and pat dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the radishes as well and remove the greens, greens and root fibers. Finely dice the radishes and cucumber, chop the chives.
- Now mix the herring, the vegetables and the chives in a bowl with the sour cream.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold under. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Jacket potatoes go well with it, but you could of course also just use bread.
