First wash the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes, onions and pickles into small cubes and put them together in a bowl. Add oil as you like and soak for about 5 minutes.
During this time, the fish can also be cut into small cubes.
NOTE: Remove the white, greasy fish from the fish! Otherwise the salad will be mushy. If you bought pickled fish, you can add a little bit of the oil or something similar.
Then add the fish to the tomatoes, onions and pickles and stir vigorously once. Season only at the end. Then store the salad in a cool place for a day so that it tastes strong and is well drawn. Can be eaten well with bread by the yard or toast.
