Instructions

  1. Cut the matjes fillets into fine cubes and mix with the sour cream, a little lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. Finely chop the chives, cut the onions into thin strips and stir in.
  2. Pour the tartare into small glasses and decorate with finely chopped radish slices and chives.
  3. Pumpernickel goes well with this.
