- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 small onion (s)

- Cut the matjes fillets into fine cubes and mix with the sour cream, a little lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. Finely chop the chives, cut the onions into thin strips and stir in.
- Pour the tartare into small glasses and decorate with finely chopped radish slices and chives.
- Pumpernickel goes well with this.
