Ingredients
- 100 g fish (noble matjes fillets eel smoke if possible)
- 2 radish (s), round white radishes, finely chiseled,
- 1 tomato (s)
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s) with shell for the look
- 1 teaspoon sour cream, no more is needed
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 1 teaspoon horseradish (cream horseradish)
- 0.25 clove ¼ (s) garlic, better just a touch, if you like
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red or piri-piri, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Caraway powder
- Dill, chopped
- in Chives, rolls
- Parsley, chopped

- Cut the matjes into fine strips, if necessary cut them into cubes. Peel the radish, cut into slices and also cut into narrow strips. Finely dice the tomato and cucumber.
- Whip the sour cream with all the spices except the herbs! Mix carefully with the prepared ingredients and serve sprinkled with the herbs!
- Season if necessary. It is a ww-suitable dish, 3.5 p / person and it can be expanded to include herring and cream if necessary!
