Instructions

  1. Drain the matjes fillet and cut into small pieces. Mix with the apple, onion, pickled cucumber and egg cubes. Add the sour cream, about 1 tablespoon of cucumber stock and some oil from the herringbone packet. Let it steep for at least 1 hour, then season with a little vinegar, salt and pepper if necessary.
  2. Hot jacket potatoes taste best with it.
