Halve and chop the Maultaschen, cut the onion into fine cubes and fry both in the pan until the Maultaschen are lightly browned. Whisk the eggs with pepper and salt, add to the Maultaschen and, as with scrambled eggs, always stir. If you have a good pan, add the cheese directly and fold in. You can also put the Maultaschen egg mixture in a baking dish and bake it with cheese.
