Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into pieces 2 - 3 cm long. Cut the ravioli into strips.
  2. Fry the vegetable mixture in a large pan in 1 - 2 tablespoons butter for 6 - 7 minutes. Take out the vegetables. Roast the spring onions and the ravioli in the pan with the rest of the butter for 5 - 8 minutes. Then fold in the vegetables and season the dish with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the quark with the yoghurt and herbs and season well with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Garnish the Gröstl with herbs as desired and serve with the quark.
