Instructions
- Cut the 12 Maultaschen and 1/2 onion into strips.
- Heat roughly 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.
- Add the Maultaschen and onion strips, cooking for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Pour in the 1/2 cup cream and roughly 1/4 cup milk, stirring to combine.
- Add the tomato pieces.
- Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the handful of grated cheese and remove from heat, letting it melt for 1 minute.
