Cut the dumplings, onions and mushrooms into strips and the tomatoes into small pieces. Now fry the Maultaschen and onions in the olive oil until they are golden brown. Then add the mushrooms and fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Deglaze with the cream. Add the tomato pieces. Let everything simmer together for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

400 g are 4 dumplings for me. Since they are offered in different sizes, I have set them with gram units. I buy my Maultaschen at the market and like to mix spinach Maultaschen and Maultaschen with meat filling. Gives a very tasty taste.
