- Let the Maultaschen steep in the broth as instructed. Then cut into approx. 6 strips per dumpling.
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes, dice the peppers and also cut the spring onions into small rings.
- Put everything together in a bowl, season with pepper and salt and then mix with oil and vinegar.
- Let the whole thing steep for at least 2-3 hours.
