Add the yeast, sugar and salt to the lukewarm milk one after the other and dissolve while stirring. Add the yogurt and stir in the melted, lukewarm butter. In a dough bowl (with a lid) stir the milk mixture with the flour vigorously with the dough hook of the hand mixer. The result is a thick, tough dough and it stays that way. Cover the bowl, put in a warm place and wait for the batter to double well. Depending on the temperature, this can take up to 2 hours. Then stir in the chocolate.
Remove small portions (slightly larger than an egg) from the dough with 2 tablespoons and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C fan oven. When they`re golden brown, you`re done. This takes about 15-25 minutes and depends on the size of the rolls.
When they come out of the oven, brush with milk again immediately, let them cool down a little and enjoy lukewarm. These little cuties also taste very good cold, of course.
Annotation:
These chocolate milk rolls do not win a beauty award, but they are really delicious.
