Ingredients

  • 500 g wheat flour type 405
  • 0.5 ½ pack dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g natural yourt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 70 g suar
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate drops or chocolate, rouhly chopped
  • some milk, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Add the yeast, sugar and salt to the lukewarm milk one after the other and dissolve while stirring. Add the yogurt and stir in the melted, lukewarm butter. In a dough bowl (with a lid) stir the milk mixture with the flour vigorously with the dough hook of the hand mixer. The result is a thick, tough dough and it stays that way. Cover the bowl, put in a warm place and wait for the batter to double well. Depending on the temperature, this can take up to 2 hours. Then stir in the chocolate.
  2. Remove small portions (slightly larger than an egg) from the dough with 2 tablespoons and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C fan oven. When they`re golden brown, you`re done. This takes about 15-25 minutes and depends on the size of the rolls.
  3. When they come out of the oven, brush with milk again immediately, let them cool down a little and enjoy lukewarm. These little cuties also taste very good cold, of course.
