Mausis Roquefort – Pears with Cranberries
Instructions
- Peel and halve the pears, then core them.
- Add the pears to a pot of water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the cooked pear halves on it.
- Fill the hollow of each pear with roughly a teaspoon of cranberries.
- Cut the Roquefort into slices or small pieces and place over the pears and cranberries.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
