Peel, halve and core the pears. Cook in a pot with water for about 5 minutes.
Then place the pear halves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a baking dish. Fill the hollow of each pear with a teaspoon of cranberries. Cut the Roquefort into slices or pieces and place over the pears and cranberries. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese has melted nicely.
