Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the pears, then core them.
  2. Add the pears to a pot of water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the cooked pear halves on it.
  4. Fill the hollow of each pear with roughly a teaspoon of cranberries.
  5. Cut the Roquefort into slices or small pieces and place over the pears and cranberries.
  6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
