In a bowl, combine the minced meat, tomato paste, ketchup, mustard, paprika powder, salt, pepper, soaked and squeezed-out roll, chopped onion, and chopped garlic until well mixed.
Form the mixture into small, flat meatballs.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
Make a small depression in the top of each meatball and fill with a portion of the grated cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
