Instructions

  1. We got the recipe from a Cuban cook. Simply cook the rice according to the instructions.
  2. Put the water and oil in a tall container. Puree, gradually adding the cooked rice until the mass thickens and the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste with salt, paprika and garlic.
  3. The flavor can of course be varied as you wish.
