Instructions
- Soak the roll in lukewarm water for 2 minutes
- Finely dice the onion
- Finely chop the parsley
- Squeeze the soaked roll thoroughly to remove excess water
- Mix together the squeezed roll, diced onion, parsley, minced beef, and round beef
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Shape the mixture into patties
- Place patties on a grill tray or aluminum foil
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes
- Flip the patties and cook for another 10 minutes until cooked through
