Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in lukewarm water for 2 minutes
  2. Finely dice the onion
  3. Finely chop the parsley
  4. Squeeze the soaked roll thoroughly to remove excess water
  5. Mix together the squeezed roll, diced onion, parsley, minced beef, and round beef
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  7. Shape the mixture into patties
  8. Place patties on a grill tray or aluminum foil
  9. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes
  10. Flip the patties and cook for another 10 minutes until cooked through
