Instructions

  1. Sweat chopped onions and garlic in oil, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Pour milk over the bread cubes and let them steep. After a while, squeeze out, knead with meat, egg, onion mixture, parsley and marjoram and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let the mixture rest in a cool place for about 15 minutes.
  3. Mix the paprika pieces and crushed feta well with the meat mixture and season with the crushed garlic and a little pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into rolls as thick as a thumb, smooth with moistened hands, turn in flour and fry all over in a pan with hot oil!
  5. Highly recommended: rice and tomato salad with it!
